Terms & Conditions

Retail orders limited to inside the UK & Northern Ireland Only. Please contact us for wholesale/large scale orders or orders outside the UK.
Orders can be placed on-line via Sagepay (Secure 128 bit encryption), in person or by telephone. Telephone orders can be paid for by Cheque, Bank transfer, Cash or Credit/Debit Card. Orders placed on products in stock will normally be dispatched the next working day after full payment, allowing 4 working days for cheque clearance. Trade payments accepted by cheque, bank transfer, or cash only.
VAT & Delivery
VAT is Excluded from the price shown on the web site. All products will be supplied VAT free on receipt of a completed VAT exemption form. This form will be supplied with your scooter, you will need to sign & return the form to us. If we do not receive the completed form back to us within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the VAT to your credit / debit card. Shipping costs quoted cover United Kingdom only, certain areas may incur extra charges – call / email for details. Package and postage costs are detailed separately.
Products purchased singly are subject to the carriage/postage costs as shown on product pages. Postage costs are reduced based on the total items in your shopping cart and the way in which we are able to pack them.  
Accessories are generally carriage free with mobility scooters as we can pack these in the larger cartons and our shop automatically adjusts to take this into account if you purchase a scooter. For this reason, postage is only calculated/shown on the final checkout page prior to purchase.
If paying by credit card over the telephone, deliveries can only be made to the cardholder’s address. Once payment has been made, we will telephone you (usually the next working day) to arrange a mutually convenient date for delivery. On the agreed delivery date, you will need to be available between 8AM and 5PM to take receipt of your order. If no-one is in when delivery is attempted, the courier company levies a £10 redelivery charge.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
You take full responsibility on receipt of your order. Please contact us within 48hrs if any damage, fault occurs with your item within your warranty period. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage via email. We will look at sending a replacement part to fix the issue but if a part will not resolve the problem then we will offer a return of the vehicle for a fix. A replacement/refund if deemed damaged beyond repair.

Cancellation and Returns policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us via email at: or phone on 02476 713913 and quoting your order reference number; or You can return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange within the first 14days of receipt, providing the goods are in there original packaging and fit for resale. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.
Once we have received the item/s back you will receive a full refund or an exchange for credit for the amount paid. All refunds will be repaid into the same account from which payment was made. The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights. If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to refuse a full refund for the order.

Guarantees and Warranties
All products are covered by a 1 year "Return-To-Base" warranty - from the date purchased. Any faults found after purchase must be reported back to us within the first 48 Hours. After the initial 48 Hour period has elapsed the product will be deemed to have been sold in perfect working order. If there are any issues, then the product must then be returned in it’s original packaging. Issues reported on delivery will be corrected at the cost of Online Discount Products LTD and the product made available for collection.
The remainder of the 1 year warranty period specifically EXCLUDES WHEELS / TYRES, BATTERIES AND PLASTICS. Please note the warranty does not cover consumables such as tyres and bulbs or maintenance requirements caused by undue care or accidental damage such as flat batteries or punctures. After the 1 year warranty has expired we will still assist with any issues found, but all parts and service work will be chargeable.

Limitations of Use
Mobility Scooters should not be used for purposes other than their original purpose.
When negotiating kerbs please note that the maximum kerb height that any of our products can safely climb is 2", and then only when tackled head on (ie: squarely)
